Quarantine To-do’s

As the world faces, a pandemic seems like all there is to do is absolutely NOTHING. They don’t even want us outside! Well, I am a teen just like you and here is a list of ways I have kept my brain busy, during such an interesting time.

  1. Lay out a yoga mat and do some stretching! YouTube has so many videos for all skill levels!
  2.  Don’t like to meditate, turn your favorite music on and get some cardio going!
  3. Ever wanted to do something, but always said you never had enough time? The time is now, start a YouTube Channel, read a book, pick up a new instrument, etc.
  4. Cook something or bake!
  5. Do a facial, or better yet make a homemade one!
  6. Go on a walk, with your furry friend! Don’t forget your mask though!

Take these with a grain of salt, I hope they inspire you to get out of bed and stop binge watching Netflix shows! Remember, self care is essential during this time!
