As the world faces, a pandemic seems like all there is to do is absolutely NOTHING. They don’t even want us outside! Well, I am a teen just like you and here is a list of ways I have kept my brain busy, during such an interesting time.
- Lay out a yoga mat and do some stretching! YouTube has so many videos for all skill levels!
- Don’t like to meditate, turn your favorite music on and get some cardio going!
- Ever wanted to do something, but always said you never had enough time? The time is now, start a YouTube Channel, read a book, pick up a new instrument, etc.
- Cook something or bake!
- Do a facial, or better yet make a homemade one!
- Go on a walk, with your furry friend! Don’t forget your mask though!
Take these with a grain of salt, I hope they inspire you to get out of bed and stop binge watching Netflix shows! Remember, self care is essential during this time!
