Team Work Makes the Dream Work

Have you actually taken a look at whether you are a good leader or not?  Unfortunately in some cases people become leaders and really don’t want to be in the position. There are certain qualities about leaders that are phenomenal. One is listening. Two is knowing your own strengths as a leader. Number three is building your team, by knowing your staff and their strengths as well. The strength of a leader, is having a clear vision and having the ability to bring their staff together for the greater good. The strength of a leader, has the ability to provide the resources that their teachers and staff needs, for the greater good of students.
