- Make a schedule and stick to it
- Time management is crucial
- Create your own environment
- Avoid distractions.
- Turn phones off. Turn music on if you choose meditation preferably
- Keep up with studies on an on going bases
- Review notes from classes on same day of instruction
- Review all notes again at end of week. You can use study group. If you have study group identify their intention.
- DO NOT CRAM or wait for last minute studying
- Understand concepts. Try not to memorize
