Good Study Habits

  • Make a schedule and stick to it
  • Time management is crucial
  • Create your own environment
  • Avoid distractions.
  • Turn phones off. Turn music on if you choose meditation preferably
  • Keep up with studies on an on going bases
  • Review notes from classes on same day of instruction
  • Review all notes again at end of week. You can use study group. If you have study group identify their intention.
  • DO NOT CRAM or wait for last minute studying
  • Understand concepts. Try not to memorize

NOTES: Daily exercise, vitamin intake recommended, eat healthy foods, make sure you get in proteins, good fats and carbohydrates , stay calm and surrender to be your best in learning your materials.
