Spirit is important and complex at the same time. there are many definitions of spirituality and we will discuss a list of a few of the characteristics of spirit verses the characteristics that define your spirit.

Refreshing in a group when you walk in a room
Love in motion in your presence
Smiling from your inner self
Caring without judgement
Your whole body glows with pleasantness
Negative spirits
The heart and soul is cold and don’t talk to me!
Walk in a room the negative vibration stops all communication and openness
Usually you stay in one place without showing that you are inviting anyone in
It appears that you have a brick on each shoulder
Not wanting to interact with the group or saying something positive
