Being Stuck and Overwhelm

Being in this state of mind has been the norm, in many homes and in many people. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! When you are in this state of mind you may need assistance and coaching to move you into the state you desire to be. Your desired state of mind will develop a peace and serenity for the greater good.

Meditation

Sing in the Shower

Exercise

Find a place to Scream

Trust in a higher Spirit
