Refuge

What do you do in times of challenges. Each one of us has challenges! Some people more than others. Turning to God or the spiritual universe has been my refuge. I am so grateful that I can turn to my spiritual leader. Stopping and being still in the mind helps to allow me to get the direction to move forward. Given the clam and peace will allow you to get your assurance from above.  The answer and direction will come! Be still and know that you are protected and loved by your spiritual leader! Remember, sometimes, we think we have been left behind, but “HE” is always there for us.
